I offer tailored programming for strength athletes. I take a wide range of training variables into account when creating the optimal program for my clients. Relevant training variables include:

  • Equipment Availability – Programming for commercial gyms, home gym, or power gyms
  • Injury History and Status – Torn hamstring? Tendonitis? I program around these challenges to keep you active while you recover.
  • Weakpoint Consideration – Rough lockout? Sticking points? Small calves? Yes I can help with all of those.
  • Lifestyle and Schedule – Not everyone can spend 10 hours per week in the gym. I work around your schedule to ensure maximum program compliance

With every Premium Tailored Program, I offer on-program support that includes the following:

  • Consultative conversation to determine best fit
  • Form checks for squat, bench press, and deadlift.
  • On-the-fly adjustments to account for changing equipment availability or injury response

The process is as follows:

  1. You select your options and purchase the program
  2. You will receive an email with a questionnaire covering the details of your program
  3. I will confirm your training preferences and construct the program
  4. The program is delivered via email in less than a week after receiving questionnaire responses
